귀하는 회사에 계정을 등록하거나, 알리페이플러스리워드 플랫폼을 방문 또는 이용하거나, 회사의 제품 또는 서비스를 구매하거나, 문의사항과 관련하여 회사에 연락하거나, 회사와 거래를 하거나, 회사 플랫폼에서 거래를 하거나, 회사의 이벤트 및 프로모션에 참여하거나 기타 방식으로 회사와 상호작용하고 소통할 때 회사에 개인정보를 제공합니다.

This Privacy Notice describes how Advanced Plus Technologies Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, and shares your personal information in relation to Alipay+ Rewards (“Alipay+ Rewards”).

We collect and use personal information about:



Visitors and/or users of Alipay+ Rewards platforms, including our mini-programs, mobile applications, websites, products, features and other services;
Users who have signed up with Alipay+ Rewards;
Individuals who contact us for customer service;
Merchants who are individuals;
Personnel of our merchants, including their officers, agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers and other connected persons; and
Personnel of our partners (such as wallet operators or payment providers), including their officers, agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers and other connected persons,


collectively referred to in this Privacy Notice as “Data Subjects”.



Unless otherwise indicated or the context requires otherwise, references to "you" or "your" are references to Data Subject(s), and references to “Alipay+ Rewards", "we", "us" or "our" refer to Advanced Plus Technologies Pte. Ltd. Our subsidiaries, associated companies, jointly controlled entities and affiliates involved in providing the Alipay+ Rewards products and services are each referred to as an “Affiliate”.



2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU



The personal information that we may collect about you include:



Account information, including your username, password, account status, and usage history;
Contact details, including your phone number, address, email, or other information that permits us to contact you;
Transaction details, such as order information, balance top-ups, information about merchants you transact with, transaction number/ID, date of transaction, and total amount of the transaction;
Location details, including your general location data (e.g. IP address) and, with your permission, precise location data;
Details of your communications with us for customer service or feedback purposes, including your interactions with customer service, your participation in surveys, questionnaires, discussion boards, community forums, feedback forms, product reviews and ratings, contests, competitions, challenges, and other campaigns;
Your interests and preferences, such as your use of our offerings, activities on our platforms, shopping, payments, search history, product interaction, content and ad interaction, and other information about your user segment (such as your gender, approximate age group or occupation); and
Technical information about your device and browser, including:
Information about the device you use to interact with us and our services (including IP address, geographical location, device type and model, screen resolution, app version, device language, device identification codes and other features/data that can be used to identify a device); and
Information from your visits to our websites or mobile applications (including browser/platform type and version, internet service provider, operating system, referral source/exit pages, length of visit/usage, page views and any search term you use, performance and other diagnostic data, and device logs in the event of a crash or error report).


3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION



You provide personal information to us when you register an account with us, visit or use Alipay+ Rewards platforms, purchase our products or services, contact us with respect to any queries, make a transaction with us, make a transaction on our platforms, participate in our events and promotions, or when you otherwise interact and communicate with us.



We may also receive personal information about you from other sources, including:



merchants that provide you with products, services and other offerings on our platforms;
partners who enable you to connect to, interact with and conduct transactions on Alipay+ Rewards (such as wallet operators or payment providers);
Affiliates;
suppliers providing services on our behalf;
third parties for fraud monitoring and prevention purposes, or other purposes required by law; and
publicly available sources such as government sources of data.


We may combine information that we have about you from various sources, including the information you have provided to us.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION



We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:



1)To provide you with our Alipay+ Rewards products and services, including:

to deliver to you services, vouchers, deals, offerings or promotions available on our platform;
to enable your transactions on our platform;
to send you service-related communications or updates on your transactions;
to send you marketing and promotional information about our products and services, when you have permitted us to do so;
to enable, build, provide, operate and test our and our Affiliates’ products and services; and
to facilitate your access to third party online merchant services.


2)To provide you with a more personalized experience, including:

to develop and improve our advertising and customization strategies;
to determine your eligibility for certain offers and promotions, services, vouchers, and deals available on our platform; and
to present to you offers, promotions, merchant deals or other marketing or advertising that is relevant to you, customized to you, or near to your location.


3)To manage security, authentication and fraud risks, including:

to verify your identity, manage fraud risk and prevent misuse of our services;
to protect the integrity and maintain the security of our services, products and platforms; and
to assess, detect, investigate, prevent, remediate or report data breaches, fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activities and violations of our policies.


4)To communicate with you or facilitate your participation in our events, including:

to respond to your queries, feedback, claims, disputes, or otherwise provide customer support and services;
to operate and process your participation in marketing and advertising activities, including events, contests, challenges, competitions and lucky draws; and
to contact you in relation to our provision of Alipay+ Rewards products and services, ask you for feedback about Alipay+ Rewards products and services or other related products and services, and to use such feedback to improve or customize our business, products and services.


5)To manage and operate our business, including:

to manage our business, including billing, invoicing, audits and internal reporting;
for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, for the purposes of legal proceedings, for compliance, regulatory and investigative purposes;
to fulfill legal requirements or make disclosures as may be required by any rules, law, regulation, subpoena, court order, other legal process or contractual or commercial requirements; and
for any proposed or actual merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, disposition or similar transaction, including the sale of business, assets or stock.


6)For research and business improvement, including:

to conduct research, statistical analysis, analytics, business planning and business intelligence, product development and improvement, in order to understand how users perceive our products and services, industry trends, usage patterns and other factors that may affect our business.


7)Otherwise for everyday business purposes, to comply with law, or in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.

to operate and improve our business and minimise any disruption to the Alipay+ Rewards products and services that we offer to you;
to send you service-related communications and marketing/promotional communications and make these communications with you more relevant and personalised to you;
to make your experience of our products and services more customised, efficient and effective;
to transfer your personal information internationally in order to accommodate our technical infrastructure and as part of our business structure, including as a result of laws and regulations applicable to us and other Affiliates and legal claims or proceedings that involve us or other Affiliates; and
for other purposes including those set out in Section 4.


5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH



We share your personal information with other parties for the purposes indicated under How We Use Your Personal Information. For example, we may share your information with:



merchants that provide you with products, services and other offerings on our platforms;
partners who enable you to connect to, interact with and conduct transactions on Alipay+ Rewards (such as wallet operators or payment providers);
Affiliates;
third parties where you have instructed us to share personal information with them;
any contractor or third party service provider that we work with in providing Alipay+ Rewards products and services;
law enforcement agencies, government and regulatory or supervisory authorities, and any other organizations (e.g. insurer) to which Alipay+ Rewards or any Affiliate are obliged to make disclosure under any applicable law, regulation or commercial arrangement;
parties relevant to litigation proceedings and the assessment of claims or disputes, including courts;
individuals and entities involved in any merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, or similar transaction with us, including in the event of the sale of all or part of our assets; and

6. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION



We will only retain your information for as long as is necessary for providing Alipay+ Rewards products and services to you, and will not hold or process your information for any longer than we are legally required to. The criteria used to determine the appropriate retention includes:

3. PERIODS OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION



We destroy personal information whose purpose of collection as consented to by you have been achieved, or whose periods of and use to which you consented to or which were provided in the Alipay+ Rewards Privacy Notice have expired; provided, however, we will continue to store your personal information for the following statutorily-prescribed periods, where applicable, including, but not limited to:



Commercial ledgers and material documents/statements related to business operations, all ledgers on business transactions and information related to supporting documentation: 10 years for material business documents and 5 years for statements (as required under the Commercial Code, the Framework Act on National Taxes, and the Corporate Tax Act)


Records on contracts and withdrawal of subscriptions, records on payments and supply of goods: 5 years (as required under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions)


Records on consumer complaints and processing of disputes: 3 years (as required under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions)


Record of logins: 3 months (as required under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act)


4. DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION



The process and method for destroying personal information are set forth below.



Destruction Process: We select certain items of personal information to be destroyed, and destroy them with the approval of the data protection officer(s).


Destruction Method: We destroy personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files using a technical method to ensure that the records may not be reproduced. Personal information recorded and stored in the form of paper documents are shredded or incinerated or otherwise destroyed using a method to ensure that the records may not be reproduced.


5. SECURITY



We will implement technical, managerial, and physical security measures to protect data, such as those listed below:



Managerial measures: Designation of a data protection officer, establishment and implementation of an internal management plan, regular training of employees on data protection, etc.


Technical measures: Management of access authority to the personal information processing system, installation of an access control system, installation of security programs, etc.


Physical measures: Restrict access to personal information storage facilities and equipment such as computer rooms and data storage rooms, etc.


6. AUTOMATIC DEVICES SUCH AS COOKIES



When you access or use our products and services, we may collect certain information automatically using various means such as cookies and other tracking technologies. You can block cookies by changing the settings of your browser. However, please note that, by blocking cookies, you may become unable to use some of the services on our platforms.
